This Columbia Station paradise is a perfect addition to a wooded yard. Before the project, the home had a well-kept, simple backyard. Through our work, the yard was transformed, centered around a large wood pavilion with a tongue and groove ceiling. The pavilion is connected directly to the home. The floor of the pavilion and the attached patio feature a warm stamped concrete. The see-through fireplace provides multiple seating areas, both in the pavilion and on the adjacent patio. The pavilion becomes extremely versatile with the inclusion of a ceiling fan and moveable screen system, as “walls” can be added or removed from the pavilion in accordance with weather.
